Mr. Wroe has held a variety of previous senior-level management positions, including Senior Vice President and CTO of CNA Insurance; CEO and Chairman of Agency Management Services, where he led the company from its inception to a leading provider of agency and carrier related systems and services in the 1990’s; and Co-founder and Chairman of the Alliance for Productive Technology, which won the support of 22 insurance companies and was successfully integrated with IVANS, a key insurance industry organization.

Ms. Carco is a respected industry technology executive whose successful track record includes, Senior Vice President and Chief Financial Officer for Aon's Global IT in charge of the business of running technology, Chief Information Officer for the central IT Department of CNA Insurance where she led that organization through acquisitions, divestitures, outsourcing, insourcing and major restructurings. Ms. Carco has several successes managing the process for companies entering into outsourcing deals, managing outsourcing relationships, and terminating outsourcing relationships and is co-author of the book "The Smart Way to Buy Information Technology".
