Chris Herman is a senior sourcing and contracts professional with over 20 years of experience with technology agreements in all domains. Before coming to Swingtide, Chris was the technology sourcing manager at a major US insurance broker and held the position of VP of technology sourcing at a major insurance carrier. In those roles, Chris managed those firms’ entire portfolio of technology agreements, was in charge of strategic supplier relationships and was the sourcing and contracts lead in those firms’ outsourcing initiatives and in their M&A activities. As part of the Swingtide leadership team, Chris has lead responsibility for sourcing and contracts matters, and leads outsourcing advisory and other client engagements.
